1. Overview

These Terms of Service apply when you visit depresso.shop or purchase products from Depresso. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with Depresso subject to these terms and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

2. Products

Depresso sells clothing, accessories and other lifestyle products. Many products are produced after an order is placed and fulfilled through third-party production and fulfilment partners.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, dimensions and images accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor variations may occur as a result of the production process.

3. Orders

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, obvious pricing or technical errors, inability to fulfil the product, or incorrect availability information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant payment will be refunded.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on the website may vary according to your location, currency and applicable taxes.

Any shipping charges, taxes or other amounts collected by us will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Shipping

Products may be produced and shipped from different fulfilment locations. Items from the same order may therefore arrive separately.

6. Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds

Consumers may have statutory rights to withdraw from online purchases, return products or obtain remedies for defective goods.

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to exercise these rights and how returns are handled. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Unless otherwise stated, the Depresso name, branding, original designs, graphics, photography, text and other original content on this website are owned by or licensed to Depresso.

They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Depresso is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when that order is placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by Swedish law, without depriving consumers residing in another country of any mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable to them.

14. Disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it.

Consumers may also have the right to refer a dispute to an appropriate consumer dispute-resolution body. In Sweden, disputes may in appropriate cases be submitted to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).
