Overview We want you to be happy with your Depresso purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Custom and Personalised Items Because our products are made to order and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or colour. Please check size guides carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at depressocrew@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
