Depresso products are made to order. That keeps unnecessary stock to a minimum, but it also means your order needs a little time before it begins its journey.

Shipping

Shipping options, costs and the latest estimated delivery information are shown at checkout for your destination. Orders may be produced and shipped by different fulfilment partners, so items in the same order can occasionally arrive separately.

International orders can be subject to local taxes, duties or import charges depending on the destination. Where these aren't collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

Returns

If something arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can put it right.

Because our products are made to order, please contact us before returning anything. Do not send an item directly to the production address shown on the parcel.
